Righteous Roast is proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Fulfillment
To provide a wide selection of specialty coffees and maintain product quality, some orders are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted roasting and fulfillment partners. This allows products to be prepared and shipped directly to customers while maintaining freshness and consistency.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 4–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery: Up to 7 business days for most orders
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If additional shipping destinations become available, they will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Righteous Roast is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partners to help resolve the issue.
